Eagle Martial Arts

We believe in sharing our passion for martial arts and traditional art culture and feel that martial arts changes our lives for the better. The discipline recognizes your efforts and celebrates achievements. Here at Eagle Martial Arts Studio, we can show you how fun martial arts is  that  aren’t only seen in action movies.

By practicing marital arts, you can increase your self-confidence, physical fitness, integrity, self-improvement, self-discipline, and courtesy. All of our masters at the Academy believe in creating a unique, well-rounded, teaching system. We offer classes year-round in additional disciplines such as Traditional Kung Fu、Self-Defense、Kick Boxing、Western Boxing、Flips、Tai Chi、Kung Fu Performance.

We have carefully developed a set of courses for children ages 3 -16 to help- increase physical strength - enhance coordination, flexibility, and speed - encourage self confidence - shape discipline - build character

Thereal world is full of work, school, and home stresses which in turn, leads to heavy, internal pressure, causing damage to our bodies. Traditional Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong promotes blood circulation and the long-term practice helps to open your mind, feel energetic, and be happy.

We believe martial arts is more than the fighting seen in action movies and as found in the underworld of intrigue.  Rather, participating in martial arts is a path to healthy living, friendships, virtue, encouragement, and community building.

Traditional Kung Fu

Kung Fu is a series of fighting styles which was developed by military and buddhist monks over a historical period in China. It is regarded as a traditional sport and has gained popularity here in the USA and around the world. Kung Fu also consists of wellness exercises and is a big part of Chinese culture that is practiced by many people around the world.

Kick Boxing

it is a form of martial arts that utilizes not just punches and kicks, but elbows and knees as well. Some of its famous moves are the flying knee, straight foot jab (push kick) and roundhouse kicks.

Tai Chi Wellness

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for health benefits and meditation. Our TaiChi classes are combination of immersion in different Style of Tai Chi, regaining energy that will put you in the right state of mind. Some principles from Qigong will be introduced as well to help with unblocking your energy channels and restoring vitality to your body.

Kung Fu Tumbling Flips
